She is a teacher passionate about human talent, innovation and technology. She is currently a researcher and coordinator of the Manufacturing Laboratory of the State Distance University (UNED) of Costa Rica and a member of the Board of Directors of Open Education Global (OE Global).

Professionally, he has been trained in the areas of Preschool Education, Primary Education, Educational Technology and Informatics, Project Management, Design Thinking and Digital Transformation. She has worked in public and private education institutions in different tasks: teacher, researcher, project manager, academic producer and coordinator. She has also been a national and international speaker on a variety of topics that integrate education, technology, innovation and, of course, human talent.
