Director of the Karisma Foundation. He is a columnist for El Espectador and La Silla Vacía. She is a lawyer, has a master's degree in international and cooperation law (VUB – Belgium), and a master's degree in Trade and Contract Law (2006, UAB – Spain). During the last decade he has worked for the promotion and defense of human rights on the Internet. He has a special interest in the idea of a free culture facilitated by a sensitive appropriation of technologies through the reflection and adoption of free and open tools such as free software, open source and free licenses.
