Graduated from the Faculty of Public Accounting and Administration (UANL), she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration, later studying a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in International Business and later a doctorate in Strategic Planning for Performance Improvement at the Technological Institute of Sonora (ITSON). Since June 2014, she has been the Director of Digital Education at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León and President of the Northeast Region of AMECYD. As of January 2019, she was appointed as President of the Common Space for Higher Distance Education (ECOESAD).
